The Pursuit of a Life of Praise

In your majesty ride forth victoriously in behalf of truth, humility and righteousness; let your right hand display awesome deeds. Let your sharp arrows pierce the hearts of the king's enemies; let the nations fall beneath your feet. Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. ~ Psa 45:4-7

What color are your eyes?

Try this out. It was fun. Do you think that God has a standard for our "uniqueness" that He gives us?

Mine said:
  • that my eyes should be brown
  • My eyes reflect: Depth and wisdom
  • A tender heart is hidden behind my eyes

Is that what YOU see?

I took the quiz and it said:

- Your eyes should be violet.
- Your eyes reflect: Mystery and allure
- What's hidden behind your eyes: A quiet passion

The internet filter here at work prevents me from taking the quiz, so I'll do it tonight and let y'all know. I must say though, that everyone I've met here at your blog, has "Jesus Eyes", eyes that see people as Jesus sees people...with the complete love and compasion of our Lord.
Bless all of you, my brothers and sisters in Christ!

According to this, my eyes whould be blue and they reflect innocence and sweetness. And hidden behind them is a calculating mind. Interesting. Good post Jen.

Haha! Peter J, that's a great one! See, this is what sparked my interest in the first place. Obviously, we can not figure God out or His incredible design, but is it too far to think that our God is a God of meticulous planning and methodical creativity? Thanks for posting!
